The plastic cards you receive in credit card solicitations by mail make great scrapers for burnt on/caked on food in pots and pans. You may have to soak the pot first; follow with soap and water as usual.
I find the little clip off of bread bags or milk bags also makes a great little scraper

i use the plastic cards as ice scrapers. They are perfect for de-icing your car after a light frosting because of their ability to contour to curved windows.
