Pickled Ginger is great for settling and unsettled stomach. You can find it at the store, in little jars, and it usually comes with sushi. But buying pickled ginger in jars, you can be risking the freshness of the ginger... so try to buy it in small portions!
Also: don't eat too much... this can have a reverse effect!!
(doesn't work for an upset stomach or for prevented nausea, and doesn't work for everybody)
