Tip for cervical - Pain in the neck

  1. Hold thumb of your right hand with left hand and give intermittent pressure on the inner side of the thumb
  2. Place two fingers on the bone (at the back of the neck which gets prominent when it is bent forward), and give massage for 30-40 times
  3. Put palm on the either side of the shoulders and give light massage for 40 seconds
