Baking. Clean up quick after rolling out cookies or pastry
Whist baking you find that your recipe calls for you to roll out your mixture, I am sure you are aware of the mess that is left over afterwards. Here are a couple of tips to help you quickly deal with that mess:
If you have rolled out cookies, pastry or anything similar using dough on the counter try using a spatula to scrape up the dough left over when you are done. This is so much faster and easier than trying to wash off the counter.
When you are rolling pie crust and have it on your counter or on your rolling pin - rubbing salt over the area where the pie crust is will loosen and help get all the pie crust off fast.
