Take a deep breath, hold it, then take 20 tiny sips of water very quickly, while still holding your breath, one right after the other. Works for me every time.

I tried a bunch of other stuff with no help. I tried this one, twice to make sure it worked. But after the first time I did it and still a half hour of time gone by, It has seemed to have worked for me! Now I can go back to bed and get some sleep! Thanks for the idea! And good luck to anyone looking for some reliefe. I say try this one.
