Defrosted pork chops can be cooked in under twenty minutes on the stove top.Â
Using your favorite frying pan, add a stick of butter (about 1/2 cup)
Put your pork chop in the pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.Â
I add a season all to the pork chop - used on chicken steaks and other types of food. I use lots of it. This isn't a season that is spicy just tasty from McCormick
After adding the spices and pork chops, I add a shake of Red Hot sauce to each pork chop.Â
The end result is not hot and spicy but tasty and juicy. Cook on one side for about ten minutes and flip. Cook until the meat is no longer red, but avoid over cooking.Â
