I use this when I want a quick supper but without all the bother.Â
Put three frozen chicken breast in the crock pot.Â
Add three cans of cream of chicken or cream of celery soup.Â
Add three cans of milk to go with your condensed soup.Â
Add four cups of rice, and two cups of water.Â
Turn your crock on low for at least eight hours.Â
Chicken rice soup in a flash - well at least you don't have to cook it at supper time!
You can add diced potatoes, carrots, onions, peppers or any thing you want to your chicken soup that can cook all day.
