If you are trying to treat nappy rash use pure egg white on your babies nappy rash. Dab on with a cotton wool ball, and if convenient leave to dry.

my two twin boys had nappy rash, we tried everything but the pharmacutical (sp?) cures wouldnt work we came to this website as advise from a friend we found this tip and it worked!!!
