Take the eye protection glasses used in the tanning booth; fill with water, put in freezer upside down; place on eyes to reduce swelling.

this is ignorant to me. unless you tan (which by the way would most likely cause the bags under your eyes) how the heck are you supposed to get those glasses. really!?! by far.. LAME. ;)

How is that lame....all they are saying is you buy the glasses they use in a tanning salon. You don't have to go on the sunbed. The tip really works!!
