Easy, Surefire Ways to Zap Acne

A healthy diet means healthy, glowing skin. SALMON is a natural anti-inflammatory thereby reducing inflammations on your skin. You can buy it in cans next to the
canned tuna.Â
Eating cleansing foods like SPINACH are also especially beneficial for your skin and provide the nutrients your skin needs to stay beautiful.
Taking B-COMPLEX VITAMINS, the skin vitamins, can make a big difference in the appearance of your skin.
EXERCISE is good for cleansing the buildup of toxins that are causing the irritation on your skin and it regulates your hormones if you suspect your breakouts are due to an imbalance in your hormones.
VITAMIN D also regulates your hormones which you can get from the SUN.
POPPING ZITS IN THE SHOWER. The warm air from the shower releases all that “junk” in your skin. And when you get out of the shower, that’s when the magic occurs. The pores on your face will tighten up and immediately seal up the zit you just popped once your face hits the cooler air outside the bathroom. This will visibly reduce the size and redness of your pimples.
And my all-time favorite (drum roll, please) ONIONS. Onions actually work extremely well at ridding acne. After you've washed your face well with cold or lukewarm water, rub a thin slice of onion on your face. Just keep your eyes closed until the juices dry up on your skin if you are one of those individuals who are sensitive to the onions sulfuric acid. It’s this sulfuric acid that actually kills the bacteria that causes acne. Just fan your face with a magazine to dry up the goodness even faster and leave on throughout the day. For women, make sure you have this on first, then put on your makeup. You'll notice a vast difference in the look and feel of your skin within 24 hours, usually sooner. Just do a test patch on your wrist first, to be sure you aren't allergic to it.
Your dermatologist is quick to give you a “bandaid” to “fix” the problem, but the problem’s not going to go away until you fix the underlying source of the problem. Now with the money you save from going to the dermatologist, you can give back to society by giving to charity or better yet adding a few extra dollars to the offering plate at church.
