To stop over eating use your toothbrush to control your eating.Â
How can this be done? Easy.
After your evening meal, immediately clean your teeth by flossing and brushing them. Rub your tongue across your teeth and feel how clean they feel.
Whenever you get the urge to eat later in the evening, rub your tongue across your teeth and ask yourself "Do I want to spoil my lovely clean teeth"? Answer "No"
