We tell our patients OVER AND OVER AND OVER...sucking on limes/lemons is bad for your teeth. It melts away the enamel...like an ACID!! This is great if you want to have sensitive, weak teeth and later on...end up needing your teeth pulled. Lime juice is an acid. ANother thing Try using baking soda and peroxide, this works better, and its safer too. Â
