To remove wax and clean vinyl tile flooring use Palmolive Dishwashing Gel. Smear Gel on floor, wait 3 to 5 minutes then go over lightly with a scrub pad. Rinse well.
Be careful as gel is very slippery. Suggest do just several tiles at a time.
