After or instead of brushing your teeth with toothpaste get some bicarbonate of soda and dip your damp toothbrush into it.you will notice whiter teeth in weeks

Amazing, it really works! this is the ingreedient in most whitening toothpastes like Arms and Hammer. I would advise you to brush ypur teeth as normal first and then with bicarbonate ( just dip a damp toothbrush into the powder) just so that your breath is fresh :)
