If you are like me and like to use a small amount of oil when you cook, try this idea:
Take an old wine bottle and use one of those pouring spouts they use in the bar (you can buy this most anywhere they sell wine or bar supplies). Keep your oil in the bottle and it's easy to control how much you use.
Use a shaped bottle and if you are really interested in something new, experiment with flavoured (infused) oils. Placing a dried hot pepper in the bottle give a cool look and a nice tang to your oil.
