How to get candle wax out of carpet
Submitted by Cyndi Grover
To get hot wax out of carpet first get several pieces of newspaper larger than the stain and a hot iron. Place the newspaper over the hot wax and soak up as much as you can while still hot using several pieces of paper. The newspaper will not soak up
a lot of wax so when there is a thin layer of wax on the paper its time to get a new piece.Â
When the wax has dried or if its already dried then use the same process using the iron by placing the newspaper over the wax stain and lightly ironing over the paper on top of the wax slowly soaking it into the paper. And like before the paper will not soak up
a lot so when there is a thin layer of wax its time for a new piece.Â
You'll be able to see it soaking through the paper so use caution to not get in on your iron. It didn't do any damage to my iron but just be careful. It can be a long process depending on the amount of wax but slowly buy surly it will come up!!!
