Cleanse before plucking eyebrows

Before you pluck your eyebrows make sure you cleanse all over the area thoroughly and tone to remove all traces of grease then place hot pads on the eyebrows for a few minutes to open the follicles allowing you to remove the hairs more easily.

What, usually I just pluck my eyebrows without doing anything but I guess if u want ur eyebrows to be clean and nice I would think u would have to do that.

i agree cleansing beforehand stops any grease or dirt entering the open folicle and causing infection ie; spots

exactly if you want nice clean looking eyebrows then this is wat u do placing hot pads on the eye means u wont b left with red marks and cleansing leaves them clean and blemish free
