Heat your iron up and have paper towels ready. When iron is hot place paper towels on wax, and the iron on paper towels. Make sure you use enough paper towels to not cover your iron in wax. Works on fabric and hard surfaces.

Just wanted to let you know, on my first day at a new job, I spilled hot candle wax all over their carpet, so I frantically looked up tips on how to get it up, came across this one, and Voila!! It all came up and I am no longer "The Stain Girl." Thanks!
