Raise your feet to help with insomnia

If you cannot sleep, try elevating your feet by raising the lower part of the mattress slightly. This allows the blood to flow back up towards the heart.

This actually works I discovered this because I suffer from something called restless legs and by putting a pillow in my case under my legs stops the symptoms and gives a good nights rest to boot
