Parsley for bad breath

Chew fresh parsley after eating a meal. This fragrant herb contains an antiseptic that kills bacteria in the mouth. It's effective against garlic and onions too, as are mint leaves.

Along with brushing and flossing regularly, parsley really works! I've eaten a sprig of parsley after every meal for years, and I no longer have bad breath.

Parsley is cheap, and full of nutrients. What do you have to lose?
