Water spots on glass dishes when washing

Do you have a dishwasher and hard water - this is an ongoing problem in kitchens every where. This is not a good combination for daily dish washing or for your good dishes.

To get rid of the white residue that remains on glasses and see through glass containers, run the dishwasher through once with about a cup of bleach poured into the bottom, stop the dishwasher BEFORE the dry cycle and add about a cup of white vinegar run through entire cycle and presto no white film on the glassware!!

Remember, it is important not to use any other cleaning products or soap while 'cleaning' out the dishwasher using this method. It really works great and you will find that your dishes looking so much brighter!
