Apple juice. Tips to remove Apple juice stains from upholstery

If the apple juice stain is fresh, blot the upholstery stained area with a few paper towels so you can get out as much of the excess liquid as possible, then focus on the stain itself.  If you have a lot of apple juice involved in this spill, using a spoon or butter knife is going to help you get the moisture out of the upholstery as you push into the upholstery just a bit.

No matter if the stain is fresh or if it is a dried on stain, you should wet the area.  Wet the apple juice stained area with a spray of clear water.  Blot and dab at the moisture until you have been able to get it all out.  Re spray the area as long as you are bringing additional coloring out of the upholstery.

If you are left with a bit of coloring, continuing to stain the upholstery, make a mixture of water and a few drops of clear bleach free detergent.  Spray this solution on the upholstery and dab and blot the moisture bringing the stain with it.  Be sure not to pull too much on the fabric so you don’t stretch out the upholstery.

Rinse the upholstery apple juice stained area with a spray of clear water.  Spray, dab, blot and repeat as needed until you have brought out the entire stain plus you have brought out all the suds and detergent from in the upholstery.

Give your upholstery one last final cleaning using a half and half solution of vinegar and water.  Spray, dab, blot and clean the upholstery so you don’t have any apple juice stain or suds left in the upholstery.
