Turkey Fat . Tips to remove Turkey Fat stains on clothes and fabric

If you have found a turkey fat stain on your fabrics, you can work it out using these tips. Cover the stained area with a pre treat stick, a stain stick and rub this is with your fingers or the scrubby on the end of the pre treater. Let this sit for a few minutes and then add a clear bleach free laundry detergent over the stained area. Rub this in over the stain and let it sit until you are ready to do laundry again.

Launder as usual but do not dry the item. If the stain still is in the fabric, and the tag says you can use bleach, soak in a water bleach mixture or a color safe bleach and water mixture for a few hours. Adding more clean laundry detergent to the stained area, rub this in and leave to soak. Rinse the fabric with water suitable for the type of fabric you are cleaning and hang dry to see if the stain is completely out.

If the stain is still in the fabric, put the fabric stain side down on a towel and apply just a few drops of dry cleaning liquid on the stained area. Let this dry and then launder again using the hottest water possible for the fabric that is stained. Only dry after you have gotten the stain out completely.
