Bottle caps tops make great Christmas decorations

Spray paint bottle caps gold or silver and then punch a hole in each one. You can hang them on the Christmas tree with string or a hook, or knot each one onto a string to make a garland.

Does anyone know if bottle tops can be collected to obtain a wheelchair for a disabled person in the UK? Please see Tanni Grey-Thompson who was collecting for the Greek water company after her Olympic triumph.
