This is the most common allergy. Its symptoms are sneezing and a stuffy, runny nose. It is a reaction to pollen and is usually quite minor. It can be treated with over-the-counter preparations or prescription antihistamines.
If you find that the symptoms are becoming troublesome then see your doctor. He may prescribe medicines such as eye drops, nasal spray or inhaler to damp down your body's reaction to pollen. In more severe cases he may prescribe steroid tablets or injections.
