Mineral spirits, laquer thinner or Goo Be Gone for Rubber Cement stains
To remove rubber cement, you can use either mineral spirits, laquer thinner, or a product called Goo Be Gone - or similar products such as Goof Off. Any of the above should remove the rubber cement for you without harming the fabric or the dye of your clothing.
