To always have cooked and ready to use side bacon on hand...
Bake a whole pound at a time and keep wrapped in fridge.. ready to use or warm at a moments notice...
Use very large 4 sided cookie/baking sheet, place 2 foil or parchment to line bottom.
Place 2 of your cookie/cake cooling racks on next now lay individual pieces of uncooked bacon strips crosswise over racks ( so it won't fall through)
Cook in oven @ 300 for as long as it takes to get to the doneness you like...
Cool and wrap lightly and store in fridge...
