Hold your breath for Hic ups

As you may have noticed, most of the tips for curing hiccups involve holding or controling your breath in some way. What works for me is exhaling, as much as you can, and holding it. When you are desperate for a breath then you slowly breathe in and out through your nose. Repeat this for 1-2 minutes. It works every time and you can do it anywhere!

Been driving me nuts all day.
This worked like a charm.

If possible I would add - add shut off everything, lay down, close your eyes and following the instructions. Worked perfectly for me.

I've had the hic-ups no for five days and so far not even medicine has worked. in fact the more ideas i try the worse they seem to get
