If you want to get rid of aphids use chicves near your roses and you will be secsecful with your roses and you will no loger have aphids

TipKing says: It is a spelling mistake. It should read 'chives' and they are a mild onion flavored plant

I planted chives among my roses and the aphids do not care at all. The chives bloom beautifully though.
