To make enough for 1 bath
16 tablespoons sea salt
16 tablespoons (Baking Soda) bicarbonate of soda
8 floz/225ml inexpensive shampoo
Fill a bath half full of warm water. Pour the ingredients into the bath, then add more water, swirling it around with your hand to spread out the bubbles. Lie back and enjoy!
