If you have a few old towels in your bathroom closet that have seen better days, you can cut them down and make dust rags or cleaning rags. If the towel really isn't that 'bad' you can cut it down to make kitchen towels saving you from buying kitchen towels for a while! Just put a zig zag stitch around the edges for a new towel.
