My Tip is to apply Deepheat to coldsore/spot/pimples... It dry's out the gunk. It reduces swelling. It also cure's the infection within a couple to a few days :) Enjoy. (Just a warning: It will sting, alot! - This isn't a cure for the weak!) ^_^
